It all started waking up every morning and lighting a candle, Its my cheap therapy. The fire light and awesome scent of whatever candle I would burn at that moment gave me a refreshing relaxed feeling. Using candles to purify a home from negative energy or to set a romantic mood. However.. candles have been around for thousands of years and can be used in so many ways, I was inspired! So decided to start making my own candles and share them with family and friends. The reason for the name The Babbling Brookes is sharing something so ancient to help others feel good is like a stream of water babbling by the next person, helping them relax and purify there mind, body and soul <3

 

 

Why the Taurus Symbol?

​

 I decided to use the Taurus symbol because I'm Taurus. My first tattoo is the Taurus symbol. Growing up I was always told if your going to commit to something make sure it has meaning. I was surrounded by loved ones that are also Taurus and role models that made a big positive impact in my life. My older sister and two grandmothers, my son are also Taurus. The head strong bull and earths element!
